Center Academy Named Q2 Winner in Lexia Literacy Luminaries Awards

School recognized for outstanding implementation of Lexia Core5 Reading and Lexia PowerUp Literacy

PINELLAS PARK, Fla. (Oct.  28, 2025) – Center Academy has been named a second-quarter winner in the inaugural Lexia Literacy Luminaries Award program, a national customer recognition initiative launched by Lexia, a Cambium Learning Group brand. The award honors schools and districts demonstrating exceptional dedication to advancing literacy outcomes through strong, consistent use of Lexia’s curriculum solutions.

Center Academy earned this recognition for its outstanding implementation of Lexia Core5 Reading and Lexia PowerUp Literacy across its classrooms. Through a focus on fidelity and best practices, Center Academy has accelerated literacy gains for its students and strengthened its commitment to building a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

Lexia Core5 and PowerUp are science of reading-based adaptive blended learning programs that provide students with personalized learning paths. Core5 accelerates the development of literacy skills for pre-K-5 students of all abilities, from at-risk to on-level and advanced. For grades 6–12, PowerUp Literacy delivers targeted instruction in word study, grammar, and comprehension, with adaptive technology proven more effective than typical interventions.

Winners of the Lexia Literacy Luminaries Award are selected each quarter based on data from Lexia’s internal dashboard, which tracks product usage and student progress. Quarterly winners are also eligible for national year-end recognition to be announced in early 2026. Each winning school or district receives a certificate and a digital badge to celebrate their achievement and share their success with their community.
