Center Academy began in 1968 with the vision of its founder, Dr. Mack Hicks, who saw the need for a specialized, full-day school for students who were falling through the cracks in traditional schools.
Mr. Frank A. Sagarese comes to Center Academy with over 20 years of experience in Educational Leadership, both in the USA and abroad. Before joining Center Academy, Mr. Sagarese was the Principal at Sacred Heart Catholic School in Lake Worth, FL for 3 years. Prior to that he spent 6 years as the Head of Primary / Secondary at Colegio Terranova, a private IBO school in Quito, Ecuador. Mr. Sagarese holds his Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance and his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, both from Florida Atlantic University.
